In search of the “fuck of the century” more and more people turn to drugs
Cocaine, amphetamines, crystal meth, and poppers are the most popular drugs used to enhance one’s sex experience. At the same time, you run a high risk, because the substances change your view of reality. Natural inhibitions and boundaries disappear. This can also lead to unwanted actions and reactions. In particular, this applies to sex on LSD.
An LSD trip is a double-edged sword
If you take LSD, you never know beforehand exactly what to expect and whether you will ever return from the psychedelic journey into the unknown. That is what makes this hallucinogen so dangerous and unpredictable. There are cases of people stuck on an LSD trip for life. They never found their way back to reality.
How the intoxicant ultimately works depends very much on the basic psychological constitution and mental state of the individual. People with known dispositions such as: schizophrenic psychosis, manic-depressive illness or borderline syndrome should generally refrain from an LSD experience and sex on LSD in particular.
Unlike many other established drugs, the world’s most powerful known hallucinogen does not automatically produce a positive experience. Rather, it reinforces the prevailing state of mind. If you are not in a good mood beforehand, you can very quickly end up on a so-called “bad trip” or “horror trip”. Never-ending hallucinations, accompanied by massive anxiety, are the result. In the event of an overdose or unpleasant physical side effects such as heart palpitations, breathing difficulties and even more serious symptoms, no time should be wasted and the emergency physician should be called without fail.
One must also be aware before taking LSD that the effects of the drug can usually last 24 hours, but sometimes up to 72 hours. Just hitting the reset button like that to get your head back on straight, that’s not going to work. On the contrary, strong coffee, alcohol, medication or other drugs only intensify or prolong the trip. In principle, it seems as if the LSD substance decides all by itself when it releases you from its clutches back into reality. Predicting how sex will turn out on LSD is equally unpredictable.
LSD is not a tow drug!
You should only take LSD together with people you know very well and whom you can trust blindly. If true love unites two people, so much the better. Sex on LSD works only with mutual consent and affection. It is also an advantage if both have already had experience with the hallucinogen, are aware of the risks and are well acquainted with the effects of the drug. In addition, it should be clarified in advance which sex practices are desired by both and which variants should remain taboo.
Important to know: The high does not start immediately after taking LSD orally. It may well take up to an hour before the drug takes effect. But then it seems abrupt and violent, as if someone had flipped a switch. It has already happened that people thought they had swallowed a fake trip because nothing happened at first. They’d get behind the wheel of their car, or go swimming in a lake, and suddenly the psychedelic effect would strike like lightning. Whether you first get a laughing fit, or a so-called LSD-optic, where the space-time dimensions shift, in any case the ability to act is blatantly restricted.
For sex on LSD, this means both should wait patiently for the drug to take effect. And when the trip begins, the interest in sex is initially blown away anyway. At the beginning, you are immersed in a completely different world, a world with indescribable shrill bright colors, where the laws of physics no longer seem to apply. You can see into molecular structures, everything vibrates and pulsates. Nothing appears rigid and immobile anymore. You may encounter strange astral beings like fairies and elves. You feel like Alice in Wonderland.

The British author Lewis Carroll is said to have written his book “Alice in Wonderland” on drugs. It is suspected that he used psilocybin (psychedelic mushrooms) to get himself into a state of intoxication from time to time. The naturally occurring psilocybin (magic mushrooms) is very similar to lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) in its effects. The latter, however, was discovered by the Swiss chemist Albert Hofmann only in 1943.
Back to the topic of sex on LSD. While floating in other spheres, time flies. For oneself, it may feel as if just 100 minutes have passed, a feature film length. In reality, however, several hours have passed in the meantime, almost a whole day. Neither felt hunger nor the need for sleep.
Gradually and very slowly, the effect of the drug wears off. Only now will you remember that you were actually planning to have sex on LSD. This is exactly the right moment.
Cosmic Orgasm – A Gift from the Universe
Both will now find that their bodies are highly sensitized when they have sex on LSD. Even the most delicate touch on the skin has an extremely electrifying effect, like a golden spark rain. Especially tongue kisses are perceived intensively. Embraces feel like there is no longer a barrier between lovers. All movements are fluid and harmonious, like a devotional dance. The breathing of both begins to magically synchronize, without any action on their part.
They perceive how they energetically merge into a single organism. In the process, the actual physical sex act recedes into the background and becomes almost irrelevant. For what is happening now is far more fulfilling and sublime. Some couples with extensive experiences regarding “sex on LSD” reported that they felt they were outside their bodies at such a moment. During this so-called “out-of-body-experience” their souls merged not only with each other, but simultaneously with the entire universal existence, which presented itself to them as golden light.
Symbolically, the drop connects with the ocean and the ocean pours into the drop. Such a freaky experience is called “cosmic orgasm” especially in the hippie scene.
Sex on LSD: Horror trip or wonder drug?
This year, 2023, marks the 80th birthday of the flashy hippie drug. Its discoverer, Dr. Albert Hofmann, once remarked in a newspaper interview, “LSD called to me, I wasn’t looking for it.” Until the late 1960s, “Hofmann’s drops” were still legal and freely available. Especially in Hollywood and in the ’68 “flower power movement,” people celebrated the so-called miracle drug. A transcendental, mind-expanding effect was attributed to it. Word quickly spread at the legendary Woodstock festivals about how sex on LSD and a cosmic orgasm could be experienced.
Only after extensive experiments were conducted on American and British soldiers, who had volunteered for this special mission, did the governments of the Western world decide to ban LSD.
The reason: the soldiers displayed erratic behavior. Troop discipline could no longer be enforced. Depending on their disposition, some of them got never-ending fits of laughter, others reverted to infantile stages of development, and some ran amok. Applied to society, this would mean its demise.
Nowadays, the use of LSD is not forbidden, but should be considered carefully. Sex on LSD may be an enriching experience, but at the same time it is playing with fire.
