Can a policewoman have silicone tits?
A young woman applied to become a police officer in the capital city of Berlin – and was promptly rejected on the grounds that her silicone tits would be a hindrance to her performing police duties, and the authorities referred to a lack of health suitability. The police chief thought that during demonstrations they could have problems with the equipment.
Or whether it was too dangerous for the police to use such a grenade. who had her two arguments pimped a bit, to have in her ranks and provide law, order and big eyes for the men? Surely some criminals would have gone along voluntarily with his arrest!
The applicant did not want to accept this and took legal action before the administrative court. And here she won, the court found that eligibility for health reasons may be denied to otherwise serviceable candidates only if early retirement or protracted illness is foreseeable, which, on the other hand, was not the case in the silicone tits case. Nor could it be established that a young Berlin policewoman with silicone tits could perform less well than women without implants.
However, the court has allowed for an appeal, so the last word has not yet been spoken.
